With 23rd TASS from March 1970 until August 1971 NCOIC Radio Operations and second duty as NCOIC of Orderly Room. Got to know many of the FAC pilots. Great lot of guys who did their job well. Retired in 2008 from Law Enforcement. Look forward to making contact with many who I was stationed with. Also have Facebook Group for 23rd TASS NKP members Come join the group to reconnect with others who were in the unit at NKP. Am now getting disability from VA for exposure to herbicides while stationed at NKP. If anyone needs help with their claim, let me know. |

| Comment: Served with Navy squdron VO-67. December 1967 to June 1968 as an aft gunner / electronic tech on Crew-5. Crew 5 " The Road Runners " were lost in combat with 9 aircrew Feb.1968 in Laos. Every mission 3 enlisted rotated out of the 12 man crew. Just was not my time I guess. Honored to have served with VO-67. We received the PUC for our actions | |
