Worked ATC operations, bugeting, and acquisition at both USAF and the Federal Aviation Administration. Retired as a LtCol in 1991. Worked as a support contractor for USAF and FAA doing ATC weather, automation program management, and metroplex airport projects. Retired January 2023. | |
